Power Through Your Day With This Morning Smoothie

I always like to start my morning with a smoothie to kickstart not only my day, but my metabolism. If you are anything like me and have a hard time processing and eliminating waste, even with a healthy lifestyle, try this smoothie.
I prefer the ActivatedYou combination supplement instead of buying each individual supplement on its own because I have found it to be very costly. I have been using this supplement for about 2 months now and it took about 1 month for me to notice the benefits.
I chose to include the supplement Orgain Collagen Powder because I am a BIG fan of Orgain products. Kiwi is a major source of potassium. Believe it or not, it has more potassium than a banana and less sugar as well. Chia seeds contain many nutrients/antioxidants and have low calories. It also contains fiber which promotes healthy digestion. Spinach is simple- FIBER, FIBER, FIBER. Greek Yogurt is your protein source- which I make sure to include some form of protein with each meal.
I have Apple Cider Vinegar every morning. I sometimes include Apple Cider Vinegar in my smoothies to avoid the horrible taste. There are many proven benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar which include: boosted metabolism, energy, helps kill bacteria, weight loss, and overall gut health. Ingredients:
1 Scoop ActivatedYou (Prebiotics, Probiotics, Greens)
2 Scoops Orgain Collagen Powder
¼ Scoop of Oats (I use steel-cut)
2 Kiwis
½ Tablespoon Chia Seeds
1 Handful of Spinach
1 5.3 Ounce Cup of Greek Yogurt (I use Oikos)
8 Ounces Water or Preferred Non-Dairy Milk
1-2 Tablespoon(s) of Apple Cider Vinegar (Optional)
